From grief, comes hope…

Hi, its me, Maggie!
Sometimes when you are sad, something comes along to change that just a little bit.  That just happened.

There is a lady.  She had a mom  named Margaret, Mags is what they called her. (OMG that is my name!)  She was cheeky AND an animal lover.    Like me!

She even said if she could come back, she would like to come back as a horse.  How cool is that?

Its just been 2 years since Mags passed.  Her daughter Susan, well she misses her like crazy.  Very sad.   And then Susan found our webpage, and started to follow my story.  Me, Maggie!!  And you know what?  She said she feels a connection, to me, that ‘s right, me Maggie!  Sometimes I get called Mags too, when I am being very independent, or sometimes a little sassy.  Just like Susan’s mom!!  There is something there, I am not sure what, but something.

So anyway, Susan did a  fundraiser and got together some money to help pay my vet bill. She sent $250 to Dr Harvey.  I really like Dr Harvey, he fixes me when I  need fixing…(remember the teeth floating incident)  So anyway, this wonderful lady, who I don’t know did all of this just to help  me.  Me, Maggie!  And you know what else?

She is coming to visit me!  All the way from Northern FL!!  Just to see me!  I can’t wait, but I think we might both cry…. probably sad and happy tears at the same time…  I miss my Mom too…feeling very emotional right now…

Xoxo Maggie

    Hi Mags!
I am Susan’s oldest Daughter. My mum told me a lot about you today, and introduced me to your story. I am so glad that she was able to help you with your vet bill. Her connection that she has established through your spirit is remarkable and very special. I want you to know that I am praying for you and your journey through this life.
    Long live Mags.
    Much Love,
    Ali

  2. Awww….well I am very excited, I think I am going to get a visit!!! I love visitors!!! And we can go for a walk, and talk about our moms. I miss my mom too… its hard being a horse. you have to leave every one behind as you go from owner to owner. I am hoping that I will have a family of my own one day, where I can spend the rest of my years being loved and secure and eating. I love to eat!! Xoxo, Maggie
